  • Health Care Agency Behavioral Health Services Information and Referral Line – The Orange County Links (OC-Links) Information and Referral line provides telephone and online support for people in need of information and/or connection to any of the Health Care Agency’s (HCA’s) behavioral health services, including crisis programs, mental health, inpatient and outpatient substance abuse programs, and prevention and early intervention services.
