Centering Practice with Sankalpa, Bhavana, and Sound/Mantra

$4.99

Try this guided practice each morning to set the tone for your day!

This audio is a 12-minute practice that includes positive intention and affirmation (sankalpa), visualization (bhavana) and sound (mantra), giving the chaotic mind a point upon which to focus, cultivating clarity and an overall sense of well-being.  In addition, hand gestures (mudra) are offered as a way to support a sense of calm and groundedness at the beginning of the practice.

This centering practice is safe for everyone and is short enough to practice every morning before heading out into the world.  The mudras can be incorporated throughout your day when you sense the chaos around you.
