Stair-Step Breath Practice

$4.99

Try this breath practice to balance your mood when feeling overly stressed or anxious and finding deep breathing challenging!

This audio is a 10-minute practice where you will change how you take air into, and release it out of your body through the nose.  This practice will assist you in taking deeper breaths and energizing the solar plexus, restoring your more natural diaphragmatic breathing.

This mildly energizing breath is safe for most people.  If you are pregnant, practice only taking air in through the nose.
