This guided visualization will help you to identify a place or image that might bring you some comfort or a sense of peace.

This audio is a 21-minute practice that creates space for the deactivation of the sympathetic nervous system (i.e., calm the flight/fight response) by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system (i.e., turn on the rest/digest response).
